Instructional videos on how to life up a heavy fallen bike, same technique used for both videos. Another method I prefer is very similar as the ones shown in the videos, just that I faced the bike and pull it up instead of leaning against it.

PS: I believe it is just coincidence most of the videos are meant for the ladies?

My gf went for the marathon run too. Just keep applying deep heat and the pain should be gone in no time.

Not Bad. I shall try this someday.

The risky thing is if u use too much strength and fall over the other side.

Hee hee, 5 mins from my workplace, can go after work :p

went to recee the area again and found it! exterior very colourful, very vibrant, won't know its a driving circuit until i saw the slope and other courses. from the looks of it, it's only 75% complete. area damn ulu, saw many dogs running around, traffic very light and many huge lorries parked by the side of the roads. a little out of the way compared to the current yio chu kang location. still considering whether i should enrol at cdc or ssdc for my class 2A, the brand new circuit looks very fun!

Yes, that area many trucks, Malaysia riders and also RUBBISH TRUCKS (due to the incineration plant). The roads there are in quite bad condition actually.

If you have lessons near knock off time you can expect sharing roads with Malaysian kup riders and trucks heading towards the Causeway. Well that really depends on the route the school will choose.

One good thing about that place is there're lots of food factories. So can buy things like bak kwa, soya bean milk, seafood at slightly cheaper prices :p

It's a pity it's so out of the way. I hope the shuttle bus service can be improved!

From the best of my knowledege,

The training circuit area are broken up into level 1, 3, 5.

Level 1 is the for Class 4 & 5, And TP testing area.

Level 3 is for Class 3.

Level 5 is for Motorcycles. No Shelter.

BTW is this the place?

Yup...

I'll try to get some sample pictures to show everyone what is looks like inside.

nope, not this, the building exterior very colourful one, got one big chinese temple across the small road. too bad i didnt bring camera while i was at the site and my hp also non camera one so didnt take any pictures. when i was there still got many contruction vehicles and banglas inside the compound. i doubt the building will be ready by march unless they work like siao.

i agree that bike circuit should be sheltered instead of cars as they are already sheltered within a cage. ssdc can save on rain coats as well as there is no need for raincoats.
