Hey Pple, I've taken a ride thru the new course at the new SSDC Building.

It's a nice place. The way i look at it, it can be quite beneficial for students. More courses and neared to each other, so u don't have to ride 1 big round of the circuit just to do the narrow plank again and again.

Mini circuit is bigger, more room and space to practice 1st to 2nd gear.

Outer circuit is long and straight. if not many cars on the 5th floor, easily can practice 4th gear. But have to be very careful when approaching corners. Must go slow with 2nd gear if not u might just go wide and slam against the wall.

Figure 8 & Crank Course are neared to each other.

Crank Course - Its not a Left turn followed by another left turn. its now a left turn, then right, then left. It is easier.

Lesson 1 will be on level 5

Lesson 2, 3, 3(II), Not finalized yet, but probably on level 3, away from the sun. :thumb:

The whole place is new to me, but after staring at the map for less than 30mins, And rode thru the test routes for abt 4 rounds for Class 2/2A & 2B, its quite simple to remember the test route

Bumpy Course! It feels a lot easier! The spacings from each kerb to another is not so uneven and the kerb feels, rounded. easier to mount on. :thumb:

Hope to see you all there soon. Tell ur friends too abt us. Haha..

wow, sounds damn gd. Will students get a false impression that riding is a breeze and damn comfy? lol...

THanks for the update. Looking forward to the review on the public road route there :thumb:

From what i can recall, there are walls which is around 1.5m high, i think.

And behind the walls are high railings so now one falls over the building.

It's not totally ready yet, so i've not seen the final outcome yet. I'm sure there will be more cushions & stuff like that for students safety.

Well, no high hopes. I'm just commenting abt how i feel abt the place.

Some pple might see it negatively.

New place, maybe new problems that we might face.

But let's look on the positive side and we'll try to help everyone.

Oh ya, Something i may foresee, there might be more private cars hanging around in the circuit. Hopefully it won be so jammed up.

Some of the bikes will be transported bike lorry. All the intsructors will take a bike to ride over. The driving instructors will drive the cars up there. There are a lot of instructors, so shouldn't be much of a problem

Quite an interesting sight to look at huh? a bunch of Training Vehicles riding in a convoy on the Expressway.

funny at the way u say u say it.

nt the content.

im sure ssdc would have considered this when they were designing it.

and i doubt much of newer riders would dare to throttle tat much

to be able to fly that high, that far.

den again.. like u said.. u nvr know..

and corse.. yea.. convoy of training sch vehicles will definitely be quite a sight.. might appear on stomp or even newspapers.. haha.

If i'm not wrong, if combined both shift of instuctors at SSDC, is more than the amount of cars we have. So, technically speaking, 1 trip is sufficient to move all the cars over.
