SSDC - Anyone Taking 2B There?

Hmm. Depending on traffic conditions.. but I would think that taking Ave 1 then Ave 4 looks quite straightforward... but that is only based on the map..

hmm, in this case, is the layout of the circuit on different lvls similar to one another?

 

e.g: if lvl 3 circuit layout is different from lvl 1, how is a person able to practice properly to prepare for tp? it's like going thru a different route for practice while tp route is different cos it's held on the 1st lvl.

 

pls help clarify my doubts. thanks.

 

Actually doesnt really matter.. not like during ur time practicing the courses (eg Figure8) ur memorising the test route.. for instance in prac1 and 2 for 2a/2 lessons its usually on the 3rd or 2nd level for course UNLESS we going thru the test route.

Lutein, there are a few ways to lift a motorcycle, difficult to explain to u here, but I don't mind showing u some ways if we ever meet.

 

Thanks Corse. One question: is there only an approved way of lifting the bike? Must I follow "TP's method" or can I use the methods that are posted in some of the YouTube videos?

lutein, if you're having trouble lifting the bike the "traditional" way, ask the instructors to teach you lifting by the handlebars.

Eh, if you are going to end up in Woodlands Interchange, why not take the train over to Admiralty MRT and grab the SSDC shuttle instead of taking 169 and walking?

I only focused on the directions to the new SSDC. I'm VERY BAD with directions! I alway get lost! Sometimes I take longer time to reach my destination with my vespa. So embarrassing.

Nah.. its a requirement for the TP test. Unlikely to let u pass without lifting up.

 

Anyway theres also a pillion riding for 2a and 2

Yup Level 3 is different from level 1. Nevertheless, Courses can still be practice on level 3. But i understand where u're coming from. If it was me, I too would prefer to practice on the ground floor.

 

Tentatively, and from the best of my knowledge, only 2B Lesson 4 & 7, and Class 2/2A Lesson 3 has to be conducted on the ground floor. I'm still not too sure if CR can be held on the ground floor during Class 3 TP test timing.

I'll try to get the right details and get back to you on that asap.
