If its 2 rows, it all depends. If u're turning right, everyone checks back right.

If u're turning left, then the checking back becomes Inwards(Rider on the left, checks right, Rider on the right, checks left.

what is the rationale for the difference in turning right or left?

if I'm moving off from a stationary position(stopline) and is turning left, I check back right, do I still need to check blind spot left?

thanks!

I Dun think so actually.. if need to check left again i think for that turn the time i spend looking infront(where i go) is less than the time i spend looking at the back.. kinda.. dangerous lol

By expiry you mean course expiry? It's good that it's not expired, but even if it is you can just do an extension and you can just continue.

I went back 1 year after I first enrolled for class 3.. Course expired so I just extended. The instructors also never noticed that it was 12 months later. They probably thinking why this silly girl can't even change gear properly after 5 lessons.

Yup. I enrolled once when I was 19 but I stopped going for lessons after my 3rd practical one lesson. When I went back 3 years later, I was told course expired and I had to register for Class 2B all over again and had to pay more than $100.

This time round my course is expiring in May. Luckily I extended the course for one year during my pregnancy.

Oh I see, 3 years later different story :D In fact for my case, my course may not even have expired. I might have extended it just as it was expiring.

So you going back soon huh? :D All the best!!

I think I will have to retake my riding lessons from the start coz I think mine expired already. So wasted...I stopped at lesson 4 the last time.

May I know if there are more lessons compared to before SSDC moved?

All still the same. Take it as if you are doing revision because since U have experience, U will go through the lessons without problem. If U need any asistance, pls.approach me (Woon) on the 5th Level of the multi storey driving circuit. The T.P. passing rate for the Cl 2/2a/2B all very good unless you get immediate failure or never practice at all!! Last Class 2B test we got 77% Hope to see you soon:cheeky:

After reading 776 pages of info, i think im ready to enrol for my first 2b license. Always thought too old for this. (*no offence to anyone).

Anyone here same like me? Driving car for almost 10+ years, now suddenly wanna go take 2b license? The guts not as strong as last time.

BTW, hello sis and bros. New to this forum. First timer post.

to the riders taking 2b... be especially careful on public test route... the cyclists n the foreign workers crossing the roads...

i was on bus svc 858 then at ave 9 n 6 junction light just turn green, one bangalah on bicycle start to inch out ACROSS, his friend pull him back, the bus driver slam brake, i behind bus driver so i kiss the glass in front... :sian: so be extra careful as that junction is the u-turn point...

anyway i went there see see today, wah level 5 is the waiting point for bike learners... got aircon... so nice sia...

Hi Corse, saw you today as you were coaching an 2b trainee on lesson 2, yellow tag i think is lesson 2 right?

wow, you were throwing the CB400 like it's an toy around the pylons for pylon slalom... very impressive... can teach me? haha!

im very easy to identify, the only guy wearing HJC full face during the 1.05pm class 2A/2 lesson.

rmb you told me to lean more forward and avoid locking my elbows? and also to apply more brake for e-brake.

very glad i passed my lesson 1 on my 1st attempt!

hmm, any bad habits you manage to spot and you think i need to get rid off or any tips you might have for me so i can improve on my riding?

Lol.. when u ride enough 400cc bikes during ur c2a days, u'll be throwing a 750 as fast as him. The 400cc sports bikes are so damn heavy, totally over kill when compared to the new batch of 600s and 1000.

I was told NOT TO LEAN FORWARD while doing S course. I tend to lean because the bike too big and my arms are short, but the instructor told me it made it difficult to turn the bike. Also when you sit upright, the bike tends to be more stable.

He also taught me to keep the throttle on but use rear brake to control speed. I tried it and it does work.

BTW the above is for CB750.
