can someone help me wif my phone...? i can'y receive and send mms at all......i even went down to singtel shop and samsung shop to ask......but both claim that nothing wrong and is the other party fault......pls......i wasted so much time on both......help me plssssss.......................

And also just text infront of them to proof i.e to them or bring a friend down. That's simple.

I have a Singtel line. Its MMS didn't work on 2 different phones even though i followed ALL the instructions from Singtel. From SMSing them my phone model number to receive the MMS configuration file to manually saving it. Both Nokia phones, could not send and receive MMS. Same phone line for 7 years.

 

I think because on Singtel side they blocked me from activating it unless i call them personally. Don't know why. Try calling your service provider.
