yeah lor.... a also saw a few on the road.... but like no forumers hor? funny leh, tot its quite a popular bike some time ago.....

It was the No. 1 cruiser bike in the early 90s due to it's bullet proof engine and timeless styling. recon Steeds sold for $15k at one time.

Me too, I was riding a Re-Cond Steed in 1994, (FH9121L)

Paid $13k for it. Very very reliable and low maintenance even with the chain drive. caught plenty of looks too

My steed FN plate follow me 11 year, engine condition still no.1 but body a bit rusty here and there. Will try to maintain the bike as long the engine is good.

Bike with 4 more year to go either scrap or just park in c-park ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

 

Park in c-park "cover" more then 2 month.

 

Start & move around c-park every 2 to 3 day.

 

Sell parts may b can help other to save $ on new parts from shop

 

My most are new even the tyre are new change last year end.

 

Still too early to tell what to do with this bike.

 

Any steed biker need any parts can e-mail to talk over.

I remembered something when I was looking for bikes a couple of years ago. I came across this Steed that was going for $1.2k. If it wasn't going to get sold, the shop was going to import it out somewhere. I wonder where somewhere is.

I have seen many steeds (or at least I think they are steeds) on the road, how come so few Intruders ?

Goh, i tink some of those Steeds end up in Malaysia.

Cos i always saw Steeds when i in KL.

 

Even in some malaysian movies or was it drama ,hmm

got Steed as one of the actors vehicle.

 

Besides KL, no idea. Could be Indon? tHAILAND?
