deep scratch on car by idiot (need help)

i've finished my touch up. bought original paint from dealer. touch up with toothpick till level, sand with sandpaper then use quixx scratch remover. was not that good cos i touch up till too much. after sanding for hrs, there's still a small hump there. but overall result is better than before. maybe the scratch is too thin, too hard to touch up. my dad never managed to spot the scratch from passenger door till rear. lolx. some cant even see it during the night even though there's light, unless use hand to feel the hump. daytime, if you know there's a scratch there, then you can spot it through the light as it reflects.

never use a touch up marker or the original tip of the touch up paint unless its more than a scratch. gota use a toothpick slowly dip it till just level & its good. as the paint itself MAY not need any clear paint.
