Ah! Found, here's an excellent book from Grant Peterson: Just Ride. This is a review, which was, I thought, quite good. The book is full of great tips for cycling. Written amidst books that are majorly written for sporting. This provides a viewpoint for a non-sport cyclist but a practical cyclist. Not many books like it.

It's cheap book that's worth buying. Lots of great tips for surviving, and enjoying cycling.

All the best!

Why rush? It's the journey, not the destination ... :shades:
