Rear led lights integrated with rear brake/front brake

Hi ppl, can anyone recommend me a professional workshop that can help me install one single panel of led lights at the tail of my bike. It is like when i step on my rear brake or press my front brake then the led lights will come out flashing and stop flasing when I released my brakes.
