Hmmm... Checked the following website http://www.ridersdiscount.com/

quite interested in buying the helmet from them.

Just want to know whether is it legal to use helmet ordered from overseas?

I've been looking at ridersdiscount before too. The prices look good, and the flat rate international shipping is very tempting... But they don't ship to Singapore leh.

 

I think if you get the reputable brands the safety should still be there, even if it's not technically legal.

 

Maybe if got enough people interested in ordering there you could consider using VPost to re-route the order back to Singapore or something?

I think in some cases, it actually costs more to use vpost.

yes i tried vpost once. cost more than if i shipped directly. never again. only use it for shops which don't ship to singapore.

just last week, i was quoted 100 pounds to have a seat and a pair of foot pegs shipped from the UK. From vpost's parcel price estimate system, it came up to S$712. Enough said.
