Just ride my bike after bookout this morning...

Starting still okay, after 10mins of ride, put bike on neutral at traffic light, my rpm can go up go 5k.. why is that so? Riding 125z

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment, and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

Used to ride dirt bikes and we get this all the time. But this might not be your problem since you said the RPM went up by itself.

In my case the RPM doesn't come down after you close the throttle. In my case the carb slide return spring was weak, and the slide itself needed to be changed because it wasn't sliding smoothly.

Magnetic coil. I got this before when my magnetic coil spoil.

Not a big problem... more or less an irritating problem... rpm very high at traffic light, other road users will think you trying to be funny.

Will it be v expensive to fix it? Intend to fix it soon..

Gasket leak between head and block. Causing lean A/F. If u blip the throttle and the rpm raises and drops to below the idle point den finally rests at the idle point prob means wrong a/f. Proper should be just come to a rest at idle from blip.
