Suzuki Intruder 400 and Honda Steed 400 and Honda Shadow 400

Hi guys!

 

i'm looking to get a cruiser after i got my class 2A and I found these three model namely Suzuki Intruder 400, Honda Steed 400 and Honda Shadow 400. However there are nothing much about them in google. Hope you guys can enlighten me about the diff. The cons and pros about each model.

I'm sorry but this is the lamest advice that I repeatedly see being posted by people on this site. The Harley thread for example is like 160 pages of people trying to meet up and talking about all sorts of things other than Harleys. You really expect someone to look through all that junk for each bike and do research on this site?!? Stop trolling and only post if you have something consructive to add.

 

As to the OP..

I'm looking for a nice commuter myself but i want to find something with a little style. My personal experience is a Sportster and Intruder 800.

 

Harleys are cool but a bit over hyped. I wanna find a good metric that I can work on myself. I'm personally leaning towards the Steed mostly because it seems to be the most common bike in SG, which means parts and maintenance will be easier. Shadows are cool too but I don't really like the exposed rear springs. It tries to be a bigger bike but doesn't pull it off well. As for the intruder, the shaft drive was pretty nice, it ran pretty cool, but I don't know how the 400 performs. I've read its the most underpowered of the bunch. But then I'm not really looking for speed. Style and cost is my biggest factor..

 

Right now I'm just looking for a good deal and indent have one favorite over another.

It's a fact that there are separate threads for each bike. And for the 3 mentioned bikes, their thread isn't too long to read. i read them anyway.. Basically, i guess we don't wanna see too many threads like these. Just imagine every single one of us asked regarding this kind of topic. Bandwidth. Think far.

 

And i'm sorry.. i didn't see "Harley" on the thread title therefore i have no idea why you mentioned it. Anyway kudos to you for giving him a short summary of those 3 bikes. *thumbs up* No offence, friend.
