no... they need original IC/ passport and insurance...

 

u need not personally bring the required documents to LTA... u can arrange anyone to transfer the ownership for u...

No online transaction for vehicle transfer.

 

This has to be done at LTA.

 

Both current owner and new owner's IC are required. The insurance policy of the new owner also required, as mentioned, plus transfer fee payment (cash, Nets, etc).
