Questions about transfering ownership...

Hi, i am posting this under behalf of my friend.

He wants to sell his SP soon.. but this is the story,

 

He kena samon before for illegal parking, and sucessfully appealed. Once.

But also kena photo taken by LTA or TP for driving in bus lane at bus hours, but after about 3 weeks later then he recieved the letter from LTA/TP.

But unfortunatly he wants to sell the bike just after he got photo taken. And currently he is trying to appeal the offence.

 

Questions is can he still transfer the ownership then clear the fine later? OR

clear the fine first then can transfer.?

I tried to google it around and search for something but too much things to read i not really quite sure.

maybe you can try advicing your friend to head down to LTA to appeal on the spot. For first timers, the appeal for bus lane offence usually would be successful.

 

The walk-in appeal process takes less than 5 minutes if there is no queue.
