Riding without helmet

I saw this guy riding without helmet on the expressway......

the picture i took actually can see his number plate. The incident happen at Clementi AYE towards Jurong PIE

That's a turban.. singhs will wear it due to religion. They are officially allowed not to wear a helmet..

 

You never see a singh with turban before meh???

It could be he forgot to wear helmet.....Happen to me once.....forgot then reach home then remember. Was wondering how come I can feel the wind 'more'. hahhaha.....Luckily only 500m...Tis one I think a long way. Dangerous. TS should actually remind the rider. Haiz...Gone were the days where people juz shout out "Uncle!!! Where Helmet!!!", now its stomping silently. Anyway hope he got home safely.

IF his stand came off or his Head or tail light didn't switch on or maybe faulty. I will be glad to remind him of that. He should be aware of that. Why i say so? because alot of biker's slow down just to look at him and speed off. Dont he know he got the attention? Best thing is, he is at expressway, not neighbourhood area like your case. I wish he got home safely as well and not bump into TP or LTA.

LOL.....i can make your wish come true. All i need to do is, submit the picture i took to LTA. I think they will follow up from there. What's the penalty if caught not wearing helmet? I suppose is License got revoked rite?
