REQUEST FOR USE OF WEST COAST PARK BARBECUE PIT ON 18 DECEMER 2004

 

I refer to your application.

 

2. We have no objection to your proposed activities at our

premises as

described above, subject to the following conditions:

 

(a) You must obtain the necessary clearance and approval from

the

other relevant authorities (if relevant).

(b) All participants must observe the Parks & Tree Act Cap 216

and

the Parks and Trees Rules 1990.

© There must be no damage to trees, shrubs, turf or

park

furniture. Any damages found will have to be reinstated to

our

satisfaction at your own cost.

(d) The site must be kept clean and tidy at all times during

the

function. All refuse generated from the function must be

removed immediately at your own cost.

(e) Tents may be erected for shelter and control purposes, but

not

for camping

overnight.

(f) You are to exercise due care so as not to

disturb or

inconvenience other park users by

your proposed activity.

 

3. Please note that you are allowed to use PIT NO. 6 (near carpark

3)

from 12pm to 8a.m.We wish you a successful function.
