well i do hope it will knock me fast and let me sleep till morning cos due to my accident injury most of the time either i cant sleep or i will sleep for 2 or 3 hour and wake up and sleep again which i will get very tired the next morning. Sometime i even fear of sleeping cos worry tat i scare i cant sleep again. :cry:

ic well if u r not well, u need to rest more cos it's ur system's natural way of repairing itself. if u can't sleep just lie in bed and watch movie, hv a glass of warm milk or horlick and it might help to put u to sleep :smile:

well last time even worse cos cant even walk whenever i need to go to the toilet i will feel so stress up man and tats the also 1 of the reason i dun even get up and eat any food by just lying on the bed causing me to loose 7kg in 3 week. but thank God as i have faith in jesus by praying everyday for a speedy recovery and now i can walk as normal but must have extra alertness on my movement. Will take note abt the hot drink.
