hi guys,

 

i just notice a bump or should i say my front wheel tyre is uneven. anybody knows what is the cause of it and what will it lead to? and if i were to change tyres, which tyres would you guys recommend for daily road use?(with nice tyre cutting:))

The "bump" might be because of kerb- or pothole-strike where the steel ribs inside the tyre give way and a "bump" forms around that area. At least that's what usually causes the "bump" for car tyres, I'm speculating it should be the same for bikes.

 

What bike do you ride? It would be easier for the others to recommend you something based on what you ride.

NO matter what bike. the tire is damaged already. The inside has probably delaminated.

I remember watching some videos showing bad tire, and those with blisters are one type that needs to be changed. Normal are those worn out thread.

 

You recently just change tire? Try contacting the either the maker of the tire or the installer, see if got any warranty of the tire can claim or not. Heard some brands got warranty against manufacturing defects.

how long are the tyres already?

normally you ride on what type of road? condition of weather?

 

should be your tyres are already there too long even if there is thread..taking them for weekends ride only may also be the cause..

hi guys, thanks for the infos.

 

im riding GSXR k7 1000, and usually ride on hot weather and if i ride halfway and it rains ten i'll also cont to ride until i reach the destination.

 

the tyre is abt 10 months old and is pirelli dragon super corsa
