friend bought a new bike from there as they took his bike in for high price.

but after i look at the principal and interest he's paying...

I got the highest trade in price , the lowest bike price there , so no complaints from me . Interest for new bike is 4% p.a .

 

But juz a caution , do have evey detail & agreements written in black & white . Untill now , they still owe me a headlight protector which needs constant reminding to them . But actually the item still not avaliable yet .

 

Did experience delays for the arrival of my new bike , but it was due to insufficient allocation of my desired color . Anyway , they did compensate me a little as my rd tax & insurance for my old bike had expired due t the delay n had to take public transport .

hey boys...

 

got my second-hand r1 from them...

let me just tell u all that the last time i am every visiting them fer anything...

 

i am not sure if it is coz i am not chinese that i got this kinda treatment...but none de less...i am really pissed of by them...

 

i was promised alot of things before purchase but after sales was screwed up...

 

for example:

-was given 3 year old tyres(hardened up already)

-fake chain

-no touch-ups done to previously dropped bike

-given alot of crap reasons when wanted to collect my log card

-no mention about master key what-so-ever(knew abt it from a bro)

-no mention abt TPS problem(nearly got into numerous accidents

-used lousy engine oil

-brake pads worn out to the brim

 

I know u all will think that it is all my fault fer not checking in the 1st place and i agree so....but i know like all riders when u see the bike of ur dreams right in front of u, u will lose track of everything and just focus on getting ur bike out and that is what happened to me. the thing that pissed me off was that they took this opportunity and played along. they did not inform me abt anything that i needed to know...

 

advice not to buy anything from them paying full cash as they know they will not be earning interest from u so they will just do the bare minimum fer ya...

 

spent exactly $1000 one week after taking out ma bike...

 

if u guys have positive feedback abt this place then go by all means but i am just here to share my experience from this place....

i actually accompanied a fren there to see 929 and 954. prices seem reasonable. but i scared my fren kena those empty promises.
