What exactly do you wanna know? The exact specs you can google it up yourself.

The essentials are:

Fuel tank: 12L including reserve

Front tire size: 275-18 42P

Rear tire size: 90/90-18 57P

Wet weight: 122kg

Recommended engine oil: SAE10W30, SAE10W40, SAE15W40, SAE20W40 or SAE20W50

What else you wanna know? 2004 - 2006 YBR125 are the same. 2007 onwards differ slightly and 2009 onwards is fuel injected. This bike which you get in Singapore is made in China.

1) Your insurance papers and 1 set of bike key if it is under instalment. If you paid full cash, you get 2 keys.

2) Depends on your riding style. Normally, if you are very enthusiastic, you change engine oil once a month and spark plug every 2 months. As for me, i bo chap already, so i change oil once every 3 months and change spark plug twice a year.

3) Always lube your chain. Maybe once a week and after it rains. For me i bo chap, see my mood then i lube. But its at least once a month.

4) The second way is the correct way. When you change your oil, the oil will be drained out and you get new oil. Always check your oil level regularly. If 2 weeks, the oil level go down by alot, looks like oil is leaking somewhere. You can periodically top up oil, but better if you fix it. Nothing will happen to this bike, as long as got oil inside.

If this is a transport bike, dont need to worry so much about it. As long as it moves can already. Petrol tank, full tank can reach 400km easily, before reserve. You can easily reach 450km safely on a full tank but do not go further than this because you will be dangerously low on petrol. But end of the day, depends on your bike how much fuel it consumes.

Provide the details on your bike, how much it costs, COE left how much and everything.

Normally EO is 12 dollars, spark plug is 5 dollars. You can get cheaper, but average is around 17 bucks.
