H&B brackets, panniers and top box cost

I'm looking around for adventure tourer and would like know where is a good place and price for H&B brackets, panniers and top box. Is the bracket universal for other brands too?

If you are going for H&B, it would be best for you to get in touch with M-Technik Motorsports LLP. They are the distributors in Singapore. ANd no the brackets only meant for H&B only.

Ohh ya forgot to add. The "Universal" rack that I said about SW Motech, its bike mounted specific. Its that box that is "universal" as they do mounts for different type of boxes. Just to clear that up.
