wa bro u whack the car so hard until dent you still managed to keep it upright on that beast...upss for u! glad youre ok..

Thanks bro, yeah luckily I hit towards the rear end of the car, and my bike is Bajaj pulsar quite heavy, about 143kgs and I hit so hard that due to the momentum, the bike still kept moving forward as the car passed by, the handlebar was swinging viciously, all I had to do was control the handlebar. If the angle in which I hit was different or if I had hit the car in the middle, I would have surely fly from the bike. Damn lucky.

Just to update you guys, the case is still pending as the car driver has not yet submitted any evidence.

Meanwhile I sold off my bike and bought a another one. I was expecting the residual insurance premium can be transferred prorated to the new bike. But I was shocked that MSIG, in case of accident there is no refund of residual amount. In addition to that, earlier my premium was 165$, now even though the case is pending, they have reserved 3k as the claim amount and have put 50% loading on my new insurance. So now my premium has increased to 243$. Kind of pissed off with them since they doing this even before the outcome. But I guess, I am lucky to get away relatively easy, compared to other accident cases.

Actually insurance is a funny thing.

U buy first, second or third party does not matter.

When u claim, any type of claim even if u r not at fault. They will still load ur premium.
