hey guys. whats the price for NC750X on the road cost?

Hello all, I'm very keen to get a NC750X. I am not really sure how tall I am but let's say if I'm 170cm, would I be able to put my foot on the ground flat? Also trying to research more

Hi all, I have been looking around. Have not went around to look for a shop as I would like to trade in my old bike for a NC750X DCT. Is DCT available in Singapore? Hardly heard of anyone having it. Somehow I think that I'd ride manual most of the time but knowing I could switch to auto seems better.

 

Lastly, I'm not sure if it is ok to talk about bike shops here. I read that de xing seems not too bad, even though slightly expensive price but has freebies and good service? It should cost 18k - 20k right?

 

Accessories wise, front extender, rear hugger, honda mainstand, crashbar, handlebar guard. Can anyone advise on top box? Would like to have a rack that allows me to have panniers in future, so far only want topbox but not considering hepco since the price is rather high.

 

Oh and also I have join the fb group hehe, hopefully can go touring someday. I know it seems lazy of me to just ask everything here instead of researching myself. The truth is I did do some research but I wish to hear from people instead Thanks!!

recommend you to go for more reputable shop... cant comment about dexing as never buy from them before. if your experience with them is good and their package attracts you, why not?

 

for boxes, if you wanna get panniers in future, then i would suggest you go for givi setup. coz you can get givi top box, and add on panniers like the v35 or E22 in future.

 

always recommended to get the necessary protection first before other poisons.

It's a economical bike, good FC and low maintenance. The Front compartment is a huge plus too. Personally it's worth getting if you are into a mid sized transportation bike and not a performance bike.

DCT: Yes DCT should be available in SG, seen quite a number of them.

Top Box: Go for Givi, den subsequently can go for their line of panniers too. I've regretted getting H&B =(

mah motor also having the boxes installation. i think it is trekker outback. seems pretty good. i guess now the price is about 19k++. since COE is 6400. mah and dexin is with ABS. if you want without ABS will be about 17K++.

Windshield:

so far IMO best is from V stream.

I had honda tall screen, my personal experience wasn't pleasant. Installing it on the bike itself will cause wind buffering issues, shirt will tend to fly up, i hated it very much. But all was well after installing palmer product's windscreen adjustors. the wind is much more balanced and height is adjustable. After sometime, the screen will turn blurry and nothing seems to be able to salvage it.

Eventually i bought TKM's windshield, using it so far so good, only thing i dislike was the screws and rubber washer not being very visually appealing, other than that it's pretty practical for it's cost.

As for pu*g, i've heard number of owners had broken it, that's a major issue IMO. The other smaller issue is obstruction to handguards. But i'll have to admit that it looks pretty good.

 

Radiator Guard:

Personally using RnG, but i feel it's not necessary to spend that much. I had no choice cox the nc700x was still new when i was desperate to get one and RnG was the only one who had them.

 

Crash Bar:

Personally using H&B + Kijima. So far, quite a number of us is using this setup as "double protection" Do note that Kijima will bend upon impact to absorb shock etc. Givi's crash bar looks sturdy and wide enough. Dimotiv looks like it can do it's job well too.
