i bought cb400 wif gpr end can ..... do i have to do a transfer of owner ship of e end can ????? if yes ,how & where to do it??? and how much does it cost ???

just take out the dammed end-can and go fix on the bike u want to fix on.. then just go LTA for inspection and pay for the fees.. WALLA~ u got it.. but u need the necessary documents for the pipe
