Hi. You can try "autosol" which is a metal polish that can easily get at most DIY stores or supermarkets.

I forgot to mentioned there are some scratches on it. Autosol can work?

if im not wrong if u use autosol.. which is an abrasive.. ur endcan might start rusting lol

Don't use Autosol, not good for chromes which most bikes are using, it's too abrasive and may rub off some of the chrome layers.

 

Get a metal polish, such as Turtle Chrome Polish for starters which costs about $5 at petrol kiosk, Giant, Carrefour, NTUC Fairprice Xtra, etc. If you're like me, wanna go for higher end polish, you could also try Meguair's All Metal Polish or Autoglym metal polish or even Masters' Chrome Polish. Bought the Meguairs at about $16 odd.

 

if it's too rusty, use a fine grit sandpaper to remove the rust on the surface and remember to wash it clean first before polishing.

ive been using it for my chrome parts since i got my bike, till now it havent shown any rust,(hopefully not) and autosol is the fastest way to let it shine,if want to play safe, can try applying the turtle metal polish which served as a protection layer after finish with autosol.

Went to HomeFix ($17.30) & Giant ($17.19) but can only find the Meguair All Metal Polish. Only 10cents difference, so I bought from HomeFix coz Q was very long at Giant.
