Insurance certificate

Bike shop told me my insurance was $685, but now the insurance cert is sent to me. It's only showing $470 + $32.90 (GST7%) = $502.90 (Total)

 

So bike shop eat me $215, excluding GST? Can I claim the remaining against the bike shop?

Firstly should ask y like tat. U got e insurance cert's pricing. So ask him break down e cost of wat u paying for e bike. If tat time he quote u 680+ got write down bring it along too.

 

If no proof of previous quotation and he says admin charge bla bla, u can only sux thumb
