R*g*n* gets a whole bunch of customers. They seem to operate on a 'get them in and out quick' policy, so don't expect too much in the way of service.

 

Having said that, I have bought a lot of goods from them - helmets, gloves, boots and most recently a suit. Just make sure you check the product you're buying before paying and walking away.

 

I bought my first ever full face (AGV K3) from Regina and was happy with the service I got. I suggest you drop by R*g*n* one day and have a look at their products. Quiet hours seem to be 6-7pm. If there aren't too many people around, someone should attend to you soon enough.

No prob. I've been told that only R*g*n* bring AGV stock from overseas into Singapore as the authorized distributor. Others may sell AGV, but they've sourced theirs from R*g*n*.

 

Of course you can buy AGV from eBay and other online sellers, but you have to consider:

 

1. Buying online makes it tricky to check whether the helmet fits you - you can get around this by trying on at R*g*n* first, then buying online.

2. AGVs from overseas won't have the PSB sticker.

yeap. i've measured my head liao. iirc its size S, 55-56cm. i'll make a trip down when i have time to see what models they have.

Yea do check out the new models. The AGV K3 (their entry level FF for sportbikes) has some awesome designs. Let us know if you get one.

My very first helmet was the AGV Blade (open face). Used it for SSDC lessons and it served me very well.

 

Once I got my licence, I bought the AGV K3 (full face). I like it very much but made the mistake of trying on more expensive helmets and was hooked on them. So the K3 had to go. It made way for a Shoei X-11, which then made way for an X-lite X802.

 

I still own an AGV GP Tech (five continents) which has barely been worn. It's sitting at home like a piece of art (which it is).

i got it for $220 at regina. i told them straight what i want and my budget..said i cant go any further than $200..tried to bargain further, but i guess i got a good price..

too many circles and stars and lines... very cluttered...

one thing i like abt this helmet is tt i can put on my specs quite easily after wearing my helmet and the ears not painful. 
