i guess BMW must have considered carefully before selecting KYMCO's engine.

Pulls to 180kmh effortlessly in stock condition, Milleage of 390km for 16L of fuel, Good pickup, Comfortable, Large underseat storage space, Looks good. Most importantly the BMW Badge. haha.

Ive just installed the Hepco beckler Xplorer alluminuim top case. Looks Sweet. Compliments the design of the scooter.

Mark, Can give me a quote for Malossi Header for the c600 sport? I already have a quote for the Arrow Headers.

Thanks for the info bro! I have placed my order for the black one. Where can I get this done?

Thanks

Mag

I got the box from mteknik. They are the dealer for H&B.

I Rode up to Kl for motogp with the c600. Did constant 160-170. No issues at all.

Woah...constant all the way with short toilet break only? How's bike stability at that speed?

At that speed, milleage was really bad. From Gelang Patah to Ayer Keroh, used up 15L of fuel. I had a short break there and continued the journey to KL.

Stabilty was good. no wobbly handlebars. downside was when overtaking big vehicles, the crosswind effect is pretty bad on this scooter.

Everything looks positive so far. Am leaning more towards e GT as it fits my touring criteria better.Have 2 questions though...

1)Any idea roughly about how many of these Beemer scooters are on the road now?

2)Have anyone done their 1st 10,000km service and how much was it?I'm asking this question cos auto bikes generally need more loving attention when it comes to servicing...

Yamaha TZM 150

Suzuki DRZ 400

Honda CB 400

Yamaha FZ 1

Yamaha TDM 900

Triumph Tiger 800

Smoother than a twin and more characterful than a four and not forgetting that lovely whistly fruity soundtrack:thumb:

Thanks for sharing some of your insights over its performance. Good to know on it's stability aside the downside. This probably applies generally to all scooters in view of the form(shape).

I'm not getting good mileage on local roads as well...maybe due to the weight of GT...or is it my 'heavy' palm? Some minuses here and there but overall a solid choice I made to settle for a scoot. Never fail to catch road users' attention.

Throttle discipline plays an important role. haha. I once did 410km. almost empty as i pumped in 16L of fuel.

Hotversion, Do post a pic of your c600 with the termignoni for us to admire.

Sorry, I got the akra from PML instead as the price is much lower @ ard 9++, instead of $1.2k for the termis. Anyway anyone interested in carbon fiber parts of 600 sports? Can order together to save on shipping. I m interested to get the rear hugger

Good choice. I went for Akra too...not really for the price but something exclusive from PML that is different from aftermarket. Particularly like the print that gives the subtle look but actually not so.

  • 3 weeks later...

I love this bike! just collected it last week and the mileage appears to be pretty bad. I'd probable do 250km on the 16. But the power is awesome and the handling is stable.

I would like to change the light to white though and put in one of those hella horns. Anyone know where I can trust someone to do that?

Thanks!

Thats very bad bro. try to change the info on ur meter to fuel consumption. try to control throttle and maintain below 4L/100km. You should get better milleage.
