Any idea whether projector headlight are legal?

 

- Put aside if the angel eye is off

- Just magnifier lens with warm light

as long as its white light or its NOT the original yellow light u have on ur bike it is considered illegal.. white light or projector headlight u use at ur own risk.. dun tink tiger squads or lta cant catch u as long as u dun switch on, they are smart ppl who can detect ur headlights that is not ordinary.. TP i dun say cause they are not trained to do that, but lta and tiger squads i wish u good luck

I am not sure if LTA have such information. I did find something on spot lamps on onemotoring.com

 

Spot lamps

 

Spot lamps are useful for travelling in remote areas without road lightings and for search and rescue operations.

 

The light beam projected from a spot lamp is more focused as compared to the diffused pattern of a fog lamp. Use of these spot lamps are not allowed because they may cause glare and distraction to other road users in an urbanised environment.

 

If fitted, they must be covered at all times in Singapore.

 

 

 

Anyway if it is not factory fitted, most probably not legal.
