How to get your fresh 2nd hand bike out of EPS?

Hi guys.. this may be a really dumb question but do I have to pay for parking when I ride my 2nd hand bike out of the bike shop which is confined in Electronic Parking System? Or I need to push it out of the barricade?

bukit merah shops are not in the eps parking. u pay before entering the street of shops

i apologize for the confusion.. im actually collecting my first bike which happens to be a bike laying around the bike shop.. so if ii were to collect it.. so i hav to pay parking or jus push out then start riding?
