Some bike maintenance queries from a new guy in town

Hello, I like to do maintenance for my bike but I do have the following problems which I hope that someone can help me out with

 

My bike comes with only a side stand so, where can I find or purchase a rear stand in order to maintain my chain

 

Also, where's a good place to purchase kerosene around the East side?

can purchase kerosene at paint shop or diy shop

rear jack can try those selling at garage sales.. but i prefer paddock stand

Some bikes can actually fix aftermarket main stand

Can check with your mechanic

Take care it does not interfere with bike operation especially when cornering

Some mechanics do modify main stands to fit individual bikes
