Nope Black and RX are different. Although played by the same jap actor, the rider suit is different. I got hooked on Kamen rider from Black series.

 

As for the american remake....its crap....silly show...the jap version is the way to go man..

 

Anyway its great to see so many fellow rider fanatics! haha

From the info, i see that rider Black cums first then rider RX so it is a continuation ya? anyway i tot American did a mask rider exectly same as RX, story is the same ya???

It means....lousy plots....american actors....stiff....basically its power rangers in kamen rider suit.

 

I believe it was canceled after 1 season...

 

Though i watch it for the apperance of RX on the bike only....the rest of the show is total crap!

 

The term remake is really remake....not a english dubbed jap version.

Yeap Kabuto is one of the Kamen Riders

 

Kamen Rider Kabuto is the previous series before the new rider Den-O which is showing on Japanese Networks now.

 

Kabuto was created in tribute to old riders as to bring it back to its insect masked origins. The worm they are talking about are the enemies in Kabuto....its a very gd series except for the ending few episodes...i have yet to seen the last episode as my com crashed on me!! argh~

 

The series has ended but i believe u can find it on torrent sites around....49 episodes in all with 1 movie

American shows are all for small kids. Their culture is very different.

Their adults grow up with Superman and Spiderman. They not very interested in Masked Riders. That is why Saban starts with the small kids, hope that they will grow with them.

 

I find that Kabuto look very similar to Stronger.

 

Have anyone here heard of S.I.C. figures?

They are very well made. Their vision of Kamen Riders is also very organic kind.

Similar becoz its based on the same beetles...the Rhino Beetle or wat they call in japan as kabuto i think...haha

 

But has anyone seen the new DEN-O?

anyway, saw i episode of the Den-O in you tube, not too impressive and the suit also.. i dun like the V flaps of the eyes .... and the rider pass concept to travel through time

Yeah i caught Den-O episode 1 and 2 last night....dun have the attitude of Hero in it..

But Den-O is funny haha hero being a blur sotong with a weird being living within him...and the deal with the train and all....argh....makes the show like a joke to me.

yup, tats wat i think too... the train concept is abit off for me too... but hey tats just the 1st episode... maybe later devalopement will be better.... meantime i will wait awhile before i wat it....

Yes i gotta agree with u on kabuto....well for Den-O

episode 6 will see appearance of another form. So look out for it...more bugged eye form this time..

 

Lets just hope Den-O turns for the better....i just find his Henshin way too problematic.....need a pass to henshin.....to change form need the pass....to do his version of rider kick/ "Full Charge" need pass.....

 

What if he drop the pass? u see when he does the full charge, he just flicks the pass away.... who pick for him the girl? then if not he put in his pocket? Where? haha
