For those who are intending to change MICHELIN PILOT POWER. Finally there are stock in SG. Few months back i was looking around for shops that sells PILOT POWER, Sad to say the claim that they stop production for awhile. Early this week i source and found out that BikeWerks @ 10 Kaki Bukit Rd 2, #01-24 First East Centre Singapore, Singapore 417868 Tel: 6747 6774 has them.

 

And it quite Cheap they are sell it for $270 including installation & aligment.

Last time I got a pair of cheap pilot power they were one year old stock and out of specs. Please double check if you get fresh tires rather than old ones.

 

Just a 2cents worth advise.

Juz had mine changed to Bridgestone S20 at Hock Thye Seng Co @ bukit batok, quite cheap and well stocked.

Bikeworkz charge $40 for a bike (front & rear ). So change tyres between two bikes is $80/-.

anyone can recommend a nice and honest shop for tyre changing???

Please do not recommend GP motoring... quote me a pair pricing, agreed and waited half a day there and told me front tyre no stock asking me to change rear and then may go and change after front got the stock.. end up now telling me single front tyre cost will be higher.. I was like WTF I wanted to change a pair and trusted them with their words.. now tell me single tyre pricing... I should have gone to another shop...

Michelin pilot road 4 or 3.... I am Using PR4 now and the grip is amazing.

 

It does have some road noise from the front cause of the snipes. But you'll feel the difference especially when riding in the rain.

That is incorrect. Planet or Unique still carries made in Germany M5 and M7 tyres. If you are told its not made in Germany, its probably not genuine. Like how Kim Keat Motor told me and my wife. We went off

No idea, just checked Unique tyre price list and found amazing price for maxiss..

Maxiss from malaysia, but price range atleast 50 to 100$ higher than michelin, dunlop thailand and about 50 to 100 lesser than bridgestone japan.

Is it really worth and sudden should place on middle range between existing market?

Well, i could not agree.. since go JB then a lot less price than sg. Also have used before on 135, simply can't compete with michelin and dunlop for quality, longer lasting, profile.

May be just my cent, why pay more????
