Thanks RollingMao... But i'm not aware of the 6 points demerit points thingy..

Imagine...if U were walking on the road and u slipped and fell then police

slap u with a fine...That sound really demoralising leh...

that's plain stupid and retarded. The worst scenario is u skid coz u need to avoid another vehicle and u get slapped with a fine and demerit points...

just wanted to go pay my installments..but found out that i didnt have the payment card with me.. i went home... and couldn't find..sianz.. any one encounter this b4?...if ask them to issuse one more card, is it possible? must i pay them

I don't have payment card, but I do keep the receipt they give me, normally I go there any pay just by telling them my bike plate number and they do the rest.

DUN go to idac.. ure ok just spent $$ to repair the bike.. dun be tat stupid as to go idac..

 

Do check with some other people before u do anything.. dunno why someone ask u go there.. cos if they involve u to tp department.. chances is to get 6 points off and a few hundred fines..

Fyi guys, go to idac doean't mean tp will be involved.. reporting to idac is to facilitate claims against own damage or 3rd party.. so if self skid = own damage, if yr insurance is not first party, basically reporting to idac is redundant unless u wan to claim other's third party... They wun report to the police unless foul play is suspected, like knocking into somebody that result yr skidding... As for cristiano, u muz get yr bike towed to workshop asap, get ready to pay for the damages.. Hope my inputs helps....

my bike alos at workshop, been waiting for me to get my pay. my whole front end got smashed, got quoted $1k++ from the workshop

 

so considering between repair or scrap

 

wat the procedure for scrap ah guys? can get how much for my 5-yr old?

Mm i feel that its better off u scrap.

Its not worthwhile to do up e bike anymore. Even if u do, e steering will nv feel e same again. I will recommend u to scrap it since u can easily get another FS plate SP for 2000. If not get bert's one la!

Anyway as u can see its rather troublesome to bring to scrap urself. U can ask a motodiam to do it for u but they will charge an admin fee for it. If u bring e bike to e scrap yard urself, at least u can get back abit of $.

What's needed for scrap is only e engine n chasis so those things that can be salvage, just sell them online.

The COE rebate that u will get back is aprox 80% of what is left of ur COE. Its for u to buy ur next new bike.

You can sell it online or to a motodiam.
