Technical Question :)

Everytime i kick start my engine , it'll run for a while before it dies off and i've to keep trying inorder to let it stay running . Why ?

Any way to "cure" it ?

Riders are naturally more daring then Drivers , cause Riders are constantly facing danger on the road.

Technical answer: Cold start.

For me,i play with the choke and throttle and maintain a certain rpm(let's say 3) until a certain period (1-2mins) before letting it idle and continuing with it's warm up.

No way to cure it.

Hope it helps :cheer:

Simple.

Kick start with the choke being pulled up,hold throttle, spring back the choke with throttle still on.If engine going to die again, pull the choke again.

Do this until u can easily rev up w/o the use of choke.

Let it idle after this for warm up.

just my little 2cents method :cheeky:

Is the sound still there when you pull in the clutch? If not there after pulling in most likely is clutch housing problem.

DIY tighten clutch housing? Bringing to a mech check will be better...but the housing can't be 'tighten' de, can only change new one ard $280, 2nd hand $100+...but not worth it IMO, will come back in a few months. Jus bear with the noise till you change bike...wun dmg the bike or anything...common problem faced by many ppl.

the cluth housing can tighten one la...so called repair la.. don need change new 1...but diy i suppose no one knows how unless he is a mechanic...anyway even a mechanic take days to repair that thing....i did mine which cost $115....including engine oil..

anyway can someone teach me the headlight bulb how to change huh??remove the rubber thing then how??
