Depends on ur riding style.. if u are those who like to wack anytime, its better for u to use good 4T such as Repsol, Motul, Fuchs etc etc (These 4T prices ranging from $18-$25)

Low beam blub? I think SPs' headlight blub only got 1 type... with different current flowing, theres high and low beam.. changing @ motorshop will cost you ard $6. BUT DIY would only cost you the most $3. Its easy to DIY. just ask ur frens or watch how the mechanic when he changing for you

I tot Repsol 4T is still not good enuff? The mechanic normally advise me to use Castrol R4, tats most of my friends using too......

Castrol R4 is not the best.. its average... at least i find Motul 300v and Rock oil is better than Castrol R4...

although 4T does not lubricate the piston, but it affects ur gear plates...

i would like to ask every SP rider, is your bike producing a *kok kok* sound when in neutral gear? The mechanic got told me b4 that can be solved but need to send the parts to the Honda Workshop to repair...cost ard $80.....I dont think the *kok kok* sound is harmful right because i heard that is quite common for NSR.

$80?? wow so expensive.. $30 + - can get it done liao..

It is caused by playing pickup, dragging the gear with half clutch

No use rectifying as the problem will come back after a few months time

$80 bucks too much lah. $50 is what my shop will charge. It's caused by loose or worn clutch housing. Replacing it will only temporarily solve the problem. It will come back again.

I am not too sure whether it will damage the bike or not. But I've been enduring it since I bought the bike till I sold it. No problems from it so far.
