bro wan to ask u ur paintwork u paint urself right is using air brush or normal spray paint?how many cans u spray and cam teach us the procedure of spraying the bike and mayb chroming the rims also?anyway hows ur AE isit done?

 

 

 

My paintwork is done by myself with normal spray paint . Er forgot the n.o. of cans used liao . If u wan to DIY ur paintwork , first use rough sandpaper to remove the surface layer of lacquer and paint first . Then , use the fine sandpaper to even out the uneven surface as a result of the initial removal . After that , wipe off all residue left on the parts you need to spray with a wet cloth .

 

After the parts are dry , you can start spraying on the paint . Don't go for a thick layer of paint in the beginning and remember to dry each thin layer under the sunlight before spraying over again . Depending on the colour contrast between ur intended new colour and your previous paintwork , spray appropiate layers to cover the previous one . After you feel satisfied with the new paintwork on a certain part , dry that part and spray lacquer on it . Once again , i re-emphasise that you do not go for a thick initial layer . Regarding the spraying of lacquer , remember not to use the lacquer spray until it is finished . Use it to the point you hear that when you shake the can , the sound is significantly(if it is slightly , ignore it .) louder than when it was full . Because the can will not give you the usual 'spray' , but a rather spitting kind of effect , making it uneven and not well spreaded out .

 

Er ... thats all i know... Hope i was of some sort of help . Regarding the chroming of rims i not very sure cos i dun hav chrome rims either ...

 

As for the AE , i haven got it yet . Er dunno anyone who can help me with it so ya .... =.=

Use maskin tape or pin stripin tape..Whichever you can get hold of..But lots of practice is reccomended..

change coolant need to flush coolant...

 

if your coolant like finishing..and you dun intend to full service yet, then just top up water..

 

anyway, petrol go up again by 4 cents sia...when will it stop..

same too jus now ride till half way temp so high than check see coolant no more le than jus buy mineral water put in till i go bike shop to change ...

tat time go change charge mi $1 each with $5 service charge coz they say troublesome.

First of all if ur coolant water decrease might be leak at the radiator or wat gt it check quickly if nt the mixture of the coolant and water is wrong tats y it dries up fast.the coolant can use engine ice.actually coolant is jus to cool the bike and also if u top up water inside ur coolant tank to preven the water from dryin fast.

 

but after sometime u have to flush ur coolant and change new one so tat ur engine won't overheat tat fast as the coolant after long time gt dirty.coolant does nt use up it actually recycles inside the radiator to the reserve coolant tank under our seat.tats wat i heard and lear from mech

 

 

 

decarbonise i tot is jus burning ur pipe need to weld meh unless u open stomach then close back need to weld only

 

 

 

can nt a prob.i always do tat to my bike.coz i working dispatch dn wanna waste petrol sending delivery mah.so use 92 or sometimes 95 lor.u dn wan to use vpower or 98 or platinum to ride around the area sending orders right kind of waste of money lor

 

 

 

u will notice ur temp will nt gt hogh that easily as before

Means you ride too fast already..That's why the handlebar vibrate..
