can... park inside the building is free. or beside the building there's a corner for bikes... near the exit. =)

no need to sneak in la, bike is free, there is space to pass by beside the barrier. just note there is only bike parking on the ground floor. there are more lots behind the building, and somemore near the theme park entrance.
