guys, i plan to do a full servicing of my bike (normal servicing+checking of block,piston etc).

you guys can recommend me a reliable place? price-wise im not particular as long as its a reliable workshop.

kindly give me an idea of how much i need to fork out and how long it'll take to do the servicing.

Full servicing at unique $140. Change engine oil, coolant water, spark plug, servicing & wash carburator, polish block & piston, change piston rings, change gasket.

 

i planning to let my campmate to ride the bike first...

so i have to make sure my bike got no problem now cause from what i know the alignment is already bended and the fork too...

thats why i sent to bike shop.. cause i don't wish my friend to get into an accident while he do turning or cornering... dangerous..

if not why i wanna repair sia. now lay up lei.

also cant ride, repair for what ? i would rather wait get license alr go J.B do ah...

the front tire hit curve before the bike handed over to me...

at 20km/h it hit the curve.

by the EX-owner...

i wanted to claim from him but now he inside RTC...

oh ya. is the spectacle neccessary to change to a new one ?

can use the old one first to hold the fork ?

budget tight now..

harlow ppl!!! im back with Qs. *grins*

How long can e motor batt last ah? When i first bought the bike, they already changed for me a new one. now my batt dying already. *ZzzzzzzzzZ* only 8 months?

Also any recommended batt? or all brands the same? & whats the price range like?

& worst case scenario, if the batt fully flat, what will happen? (ie cannot start bike, bike stop while riding etc) very curious to know.

Sorry i always come in & bombard u ppl with Qs! haha *paisey hor*

 

Check your rectifier or coil. Maybe try to charge up the battery at bike shop 1st to see how.. Change new battery will be $30 plus ( if i'm not wrong )

Battery Original Size is Size 3. They got many size that you can change. The bigger is Size 7.

 

morning guys....if the oil light blinking mean wat?it just blink when i ride on high rpm....

 

Low 2T le... Need to top up your 2T soon...

 

but 2t tank inside still can see the 2t le....o_O

 

Low 2T only.. The red LED light is just to inform u low 2T in tank. You can still carry on riding but do not rev your rpm to high or go on top speed.It will cause piston jam...:cheers:

haiz....i plan to let go my sp 2.... change it to honda wave or x1r,den i can keep money for big cc bike...because already throw alot money to this bike...fell like want to keep it....untill now still not conform yet...:sian:

 

Since you have already throw in so much money for repair. Why not you keep it till your class 2A comes. You have bring the sp back to life den selling it away seem like kinda wasted. It will only gain by the new owner.:cheeky:

read that sp quite easy target to steal, is it true?

 

will simply locking the front disc break b sufficient?

or need bike cover oso?

 

cause i heard frm friends that my area (pasir ris) got a lot bike kena stolen

 

If you afraid of your sp kena stolen. Install bike alarm, Add padlock to your front & rear disc rotor ( disc plate ).

 

You may change you iginition too…

so a simple disc brake lock n bike cover will suffice liao?

 

Can chain your bike to lamp post too:angel:
