hi guys, i have to go to maju camp tmr to clear my yearly ippt and was wondering if i can ride into camp.... i have not done any of the defensive riding lessons....

 

dont want to ride to the front gate only to have to U turn and park at SIM...

Cheap + fast = no good

Cheap + good = not fast

Good + fast = not cheap

Depends whether the RP at maju camp is garang or not lol.. i used to ride into camp a few weeks before they actually want to check my defensive riding.. by then i already got it liao lol

Lol.. funny thing they dun check wats under my pillion seat.. my cbr4 have enough space for at least 4 packs of lasi lemak.

hey guys, i have questions here.

 

If im buying a 2nd hand sp from a bike shop, do i have to pay any minimum downpayment? or i can just downpayment any amount i want and the rest by installment?

 

and also how much a 3rd party insurance will cost for a p-plate 21years old buying a NSR 150 sp.?

 

I need to know how much i need to save minimum to buy a sp off the shop..

Hi, minimum down payment should cover ur insurance but it would be to pay more upfront first so your overall down payment will be less... Make sure you get the on the road price inclusive if all the admin charges, iu unit, buy kopi $$ etc so you don't get a nasty surprise when you have to take out your ATM card...

 

Insurance should be ard $640 from ntuc, can give them a call for a quotation...

 

I would say save up to 2k at least to cover your insurance and machine, the rest keep for repairs and petrol... Give the forum garage sales a try can did quite a few sps there... Def try to get one with renewed Coe if not selling it later is going to be very tough...

Sorry typo, what I mean to say is that your minimum down payment should cover ur insurance (ard 700)... The more your initial down payment the less the shop has to charge you interest for... 6% pa interest for 2k will def be less than 6% pa for 3k right?

 

Also the longer u drag the loan period the more u will end up paying because the shop has a longer time to charge you interest... Pay up front more and paybup sooner Sony won't get overcharged (as much)...
