U can go hardware store that specialize in screws and nut. Somewhere near ah boy shop got 1 shop selling all kind of screw. U may want to try the button hear screw with Phillips head.

Alternatively, u can go to sticker shops such as juzzwheelz and 219 to do it, they do great job with a plethora of stickers to choose from.
