1st, use the spanner that comes wif ur sp to loosen the pro-arm bolt

 

2nd, squating at the left side of ur rear wheel, use the C-tool that comes wif ur sp and slot it somewhere between ur rim and the pro-arm...turn clockwise to tighten...counter-clockwise to loosen...

 

Tighten it but not over tighten, else it might snap and u got a whole load of problem to handle

Actually most motorshops will tighten your chain for free, just go to those that you frequent often.
