vtech, i suggest you find ur friends who are riding sp to ask them if they face the same problem before going down to check. cause MOST 2b strokers are the same. for sp, its 4+ to 5+k rpm u'll either get slight jerking or 'stuttering' from your engine. it all the tuning mostly.. or next time we have a small outing you join us lah..

lol...At work, only got 2 frens with bikes,1 riding Y125Z and da other ridin RXZ....

so i think it's diff from my SP....

im free now onwards... just come down help me start and inspect the damage and thats abt it. i cant really walk, otherwise i'd love to go makan with u all. just give me a sms will do. how about 6pm if its alright with u all?

Guys..some queries to ask..anyone hav any idea FU plate SP roughly can sell how much?

 

wad r the procedure dat nid to be done when selling ur bike?

 

Or wad r the procedure the bikeshop will do if u push ur bike to another bikeshop instead of ur own original bikeshop?

 

I'm still confuse ov these paperwork stuff...wana hav a clearer mind...thanks for ur guidance! :smile:

FU plate ah, i know motordiam selling about $3000 for machine price. but is dependent on condition, etc. good condition and stock maybe can fetch higher price, while poor condition and highly mod can depreciate (once again, depending on wat mod).

 

u might want to check the legality related thread here at http://www.singaporebikes.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=9869 as they have more detailed explanation there, but i know the basic steps to sell bike is:

 

(assuming seller already has paid for bike in full and has original log card in hand)

 

1. buyer to buy his insurance for the bike at insurance company, original log card must be shown

 

2. both buyer and seller to go to LTA to do transfer with buyer's new insurance cert and original log card, settle transfer fee. bike must still have valid road tax (they can check on their system) and NRIC is needed from both parties.

 

3. bike goes to buyer, cash goes to seller, seller refunds his insurance at his own time.

 

The scenario will be slightly more complicated if it involve COI or reloan or if bike still under hire purchase.

henry u want my yu anot? go borrow the siphon from bert and then pump it out from my tank. i still got 3/4 tank full.

U wan see my side mirror? Is small then stock & cheap, 1 pair is $12 but if u change in JB 1 pair only RM14... :smile:
