Cheap/free parking near Changi Airport

Please suggest some good and cheap/free parking spots close to Changi Airport! Perhaps some nice roads outside private houses or a free car park somewhere? I'm open to walking a few kilometres to the airport or taking a short bus or train ride.

 

Preferably somewhere I can leave my bike for more than a week without getting slapped with a fine or getting towed. I don't want to park at the airport itself as it costs something like $1.30 per day. And taking public transport means 1.5 hours each way so I'm hoping to avoid that.

Closest you can get is changi village with proper parking facilities. Second nearest is loyang private housing estates. In both cases you need to take a bus to changi airport afterwhich.
