2 Stroke too much smoke??? But My bike is stock!

Hey anyone can tell me where to appeal for NEA fine for too much smoke for Bike?

I am riding Kawasaki KR 150 however since I got the bike until now i only Service it and recently just overhaul it. This morning I went JB to pump petrol however on the way back there was a Jam so I off my bike for quite some

time then when I am going exit the NEA guy called me over then say my bike have too much smoke which I see is average. Furthermore my Bike is full stock and still running in, He did not even use device to measure my smoke

and straight away give me a fine. Any advice???

It should be stated in the fine. However good luck for your appeal. You will need it. Just wondering what excuse do you plan on using in the appeal?

welcome to the club..i was fined last year for too much smoke from my krr..they say they have a video of me at a signal with too much smoke..i din't appeal, but quite frankly 2 stroke bike's it's hard not to have smoke.. depends on ur luck bro

The guy who saman you is probably a freakin retard, 2 stroke with no smoke,this one ain't 4 stroke...anyway, I don't care if they are doing their 'job', I put them in the same league as LTA, good for nothing, only exist to collect coffee money for gahmen.

Can try to appeal online. They'll usually hide on the overhead bridge with their video cam. As long as they see smoke coming out, they'll issue out summons. I gt this before, tried to appeal but failed. They only extend the dateline by afew weeks..

My RS 125 twice kena summon this year.1st time,early this year and 2nd time in Sept.i see my mp for the 1st offence and appealed.Can't remember what reason i gave for the 1st offence but they never gave chance.only extend the dateline to pay.2nd summon i went straight to NEA.i said iwas away in Malaysia for the Hari Raya holidays and my bike canvas was stolen and rain entered the tank.True enough it was raining during the holidays.Reply came and tough luck.No waive or reduce given.So i see my MP and said I'm having financial difficulty to pay.Their reply,they want copies of my CPF statements from Jan 2011 till now,3 mths payslip and any financial aid given by organizations.farkkk these gahmen retards la.so many red tape.Most likely I wont get any reduction or waiver and they wont have my money too easily.
