for maintenance purpose u can look for n mx mainstand.. u can try pm EVOIIIGSR. he has 1 for sale. similiar to the ones i have in the pic below..cheers

i think i have to change mine too..my front brakes fail jus now. the surface of the disc is so shiny i could see myself in it. i jus changed my brake pad last month. cannot be worn out already right.

hi wr ppl . got a funny & quite newbie question .

 

few days ago me n frend went play offroad . rode e bike from morning till late afternoon . after which e problem comes . at low rpm , e bike sounds weird . like no power ,little acceleration n feels like e air not very compressed.

 

high rpm , valve open , everything is fine . bike accelerates like good.

 

after which i took it home n bath it n e next day , problem solved , everything back to normal.

 

Reason for this sickness : anyone?

 

i m thinkin whether is it overheating ?

yar...when i juz got my wr...got dat kinda problem...maybe ur 2t lvl iz low..? or do a power valve clearence...dat shud help...

powervalve clearence???

oni 4-strokes machine needs valve clearence..

2strokes powervalve n 4strokes valves r totallydifferent things..

for a 2 stroker u'll need to check the servo motor n the rotary exhaust valve port.

overheating? hmm cos i remembered my 1st BKMX session i started at about 11am till about 5pm..but fortunately for me no overheating

vector 1, or ask scrambler shop.. Me using for 3 years liao.. Bought locally... If you want the OS flower disc, my friend still has it.. Order the front adapter urself though..

recently i went to trail n e frame of my bike broke .

i m looking for a reputable shop for welding my tail frame back.

previously i went to a reputable shop in service to weld my side stand but e thing soon became rusty .

dun wan my frame to be e same .

any recommendations ?

any shops ?

Go to the scrap yard and get another frame. A lot of FN FM plate bike have gone to scrapyard...

Hey guys... any of u experienced this symptom before??

 

At idling the bike sounds really rough.. almost like as if u are opening the throttle slightly. Moving off, the bike is really jerky. The bike also feels like it's overheated but i can't really tell because it was a really cold rainy day.

 

Does this symptoms mean that the bike is overheated? How long should i shut down and let it cool??

hey pal .. i dunno if mine prob is similar.. more or less sounds like e same as yrs. gear 1 to 3 valve open bike can run .. after tat prob opening valve . no power before opening valve in all gears . very noisy. cant cross 85km/h. but mine is on and off. went to check . some said jetting need to be done . some said e coil too old no power to open . anyway i went to do e jetting for valve .. prob solved.

Greetings all

Have been riding wr200 for the past 3 month. Indeed a very good bike, very satisfied with it.

 

But i have some question, my f.c. is ard 18km/l, is it considered normal for wr200? i've read tru all the previous posts, but can't really find any info on it. Or pardon me because perhaps i've overlooked it.

 

And also, i've been encountering these squeeking sound from my from suspension, is it a oil leak? cause i can't seems to find any trace of oil leak. Mine's a FP wr200.

 

One more qn, my bike's leaking fuel as well, i read tru the posts, can't find a similiar case. mine is like leaking from "inside", "colouring" my engine cover and my gear are all stained with black oil, causing my shoe to turn from PURE WHITE to PURE BLACK. Ahahahaha! quite pissed with this problem. Hopefully will get expert help here.

 

Lastly, i noticed that this thread's getting more n more QUIET, REVIVE it... would really LOVE to have a rounding session with u guys here! Thanks in advance..
