at my primary school level.. never heard of yasaka, tibhar and andro haha..

i dont have a bat.. i gave it to my dad's indonesian friends who needed it more than me.. the rubber will die anyway if its kept for too long..

 

where do u play? i am like more den 10 years rusty ! haha playing with people of my standard will be boring for u..

haha... u'll be surprised. ping pong is one of the cheapest sport in singapore.

 

u buy a blade and can last for 10 yrs type. serious!! i have seen a 16yr old J-pen.

 

Badminton is 3~4 times more expensive to rent a court. ping pong is usually abt $3.20 / HR nia.

off peak is even cheaper !! $1.50/HR. like Lan game rate. lol

No,lahh. Just trying to exercise, won't be too hard on my left ankle(still trying to strengthen it). Somemore I never join any group to play before. Also still stuck with pencil-grip, always kena backhand...koyak.

the place tat i play at tampines sport hall, most of them are j-penholders.

i am the only few shakehander there.

 

i think its got something to do wz different generations. in the past c-pen is trendy,

nowadays, amongst the young ones, shakehand is the way to go and penhold is considered outdated liao.

 

i used to be a c-pen holder as well but since i switched to shakehand, its much better for the BH.

i do think that shakehand is better overall. however, j-pen is a lot more fun to play !!

Actually I have badminton kakis at Tampines sports hall who still play three times a week. But can't join since my children popped-out and bike injury. Sure tear some muscle if I join them now.
