NEed Advices regarding claim

2 months back. i had this minor fall at lebertor park.. due to a port hole on the middle of road

 

so wrote in and complain to lta which later called and said that part of the road not under them but N-park.

 

so they channel me over and same lodge a complain and email.. which later called and ask me send detail and necessary repair invoices and receipts from workshop.. so i forwarded photos of the damages and the port hole.. but unable to provide reciept as i have not done any repairs. will only wanna repair after get the claim..(example spray work). so need advices on this..

 

any bike shop provide offical quotation. or do Vcom provide offical report regarding what`s damage?

get a (reasonable) quote for the repairs.

 

ask Nparks if they agree to indemnify you for that stated repair work for that stated amount.

 

if they write to you and give you the go ahead, then go ahead.
