Hello, anyone knows where to get kickstart for DRZ? I've seen one fitted on a DRZ at Bike Production. Would love to get it fitted on mine.

incase of a dead battery or coil

U can still push start your bike if your batt or coil fails u, don't see the need for a kickstart. I saw a E model with kickstarter, looks good though.

I'd just love to kickstart the bike. Gives me the oomph! But yes, mainly it's cause of dead batt and all. Just posted to camp, gotta stay in, batt died on me thrice in 2 months. And the road around my camp doesn't really gives me the choice of push starting, sadly

wa so fun. posted this 2 years ago. dropped the idea, and now interested again. thumpertalk sells them, however its for e model. still can be fitted onto sm model without the use of certain parts since DRZ has auto decompression - if im not wrong.

Why would u want kickstart on a zee? Btw where has all the Drz riders gone to? Used to be quite active here...

i am still a zee rider. i saw a kickstart selling locally but the price is abit steep with installation. I travel often thus need the kickstart to start when i come back.

I think the kickstarter kit alone is about $300++ without installation.

Me thinkin of installing kick start too. Travel alot tis days n usually wen i come back batt flat as hell. N push start doesnt always works it depend how fast u push. Usually need to jump start. So anyone has a idea price n where can i get it install for 06 sm model? TIA
