Hi guys, I have an old Revit raincoat that served me well for years. It has started to leak and I'm looking to replace it. I like it for being lightweight, breathable and compact when packed. However, it seems like there aren't many revit raincoat sellers out there these days. Any recommendations on raincoats that are comparable to revit quality?

Revit is one of the good one out there. There are store selling around 800gm rain gear and many brands to your choices and budget. Try visiting the store to test the weight, fitting and texture or if getting back Revit you can try go online.

cheap one you can consider go to lim ah boy or candy motors.. always on offer i think about 60-80$ but the quality is questionable.. revit still the best bang for buck raincoat around i think

or if you have more money you can go for alpinestar or dainese or rs taichi

i heard from my friends also that more and more bikers are going to decathalon to get their riding raincoat and pants, cos it's very cheap and the quality apparently is very very good. im thinking to get one set to try. only downside is it is not reflective/yellow. will drop by decathalon to take a look and report back here

I get my raincoats at decatholon, pretty decent prices.

Go check them out!

decathlon? wow didn't think of that. Might go take a look I guess.

Yes, take note they are NOT motorcycle raincoats (more like hiking raincoats i think...) But they look good, and they do the job well.

Does the hood flap around? Or do you wear your helmet over the hood??

I bought 2 rain pants and 1 rain coat. They’re very good. Kept me dry in torrential rain last week. But for the rain coat with the hood, how do you wear that with the helmet?
